indians in frats

I'm thinking about going Greek and I love drinking beer and having a good time. The only problem is that I'm Indian. I've been afraid of going out to rush, because I've heard of so many stories of discrimination on the row. I come from a family with money, and I'm not socially awkward like a lot of Indians. But will me being an Indian prevent me from getting into a good fraternity?

Just go. If they are nice people, talk to them and have a good time. If they are double, freeload.

You are already insecure so that will prevent them from seeing how awesome you really are.

Not that it should make a difference, but its unclear whether OP is an Indian, as in Native American, or Indian, as in from India. In any event some of the responses are just so stupid and unenlightened. Anyway, give it a try "dude!"
