2. Lamda (living off the relevancy of their past reputation but still throws good events)
3. Snu / Sammy (Snu w better relations and Sammy w better parties/tailgates)
4. Zbt (good and cool guys w decent events)
5. Phi Sig / Ka (Phi Sig w good events with other houses and Ka w their old Aepi relations)
6. Pike (maintaining average relevancy even though they haven’t rlly done much yet)

KA is not on tier with pike is that a joke? For years before AEPi was kicked off they were just coasting on old relations when they were better and were riddled with garbage parties and try hard brothers with heavy hazing. Not sure how hard KA is hazing now, but considering it’s just the shell of what AEPi once was, I’m certain there’s still some things they still do. Hopefully the change of brand will stop their endemic hazing.

Totally accurate. Lambda has been crashing every year.
