Jake, it's a million dollar view in a skid row kind of way. Sigma Chi has the best facilities, philanthropy, and service.

Maybe in 1972 that was true. Today, Sigma Chi is lacking in virtually every category that defines a top frat. If anything, Sig needs to start accepting POC and stop being a "whites" only orange county frat.
