I heard ZBT is renoing old aepi and making it better, is that true?

You can’t renovate that house into having a party space lmao it’s still a downgrade

I’m not in ZBT so I could be wrong. Apparently they are doing serious structural stuff (breaking down walls etc) to make the house have a better party space. I heard 750k in renovations... which seems almost too big. Does anyone know why they are moving in the first place?

I’m not in ZBT but doing that expensive of renovation would be impossible it’s a lease. ZBT doesn’t even have 750k, you lose a lease if you can’t afford it
