Updated Frat Ranking Spring 202

Here are the updated frat rankings based on pc's from this semester. Not including AEPi since they are likely getting kicked, but if not then same level as Sammy.

-SX/Lambda (SX king if Lambda gets kicked)
-Tke/Snu (Tke bids every white guy and they get SX and Lambdas sloppy seconds)
-Sammy
-ZBT/Phi Sig (Zbt losing their house soon and thats theyre best asset and phi sig been doin aight recently)
-Pike (havent changed much and other houses gotten better)
-Phi Delt/Chi Phi (Neither is above the other now)
-Everyone Else

Lambda is going under and chill with Sammy. They arent better than zbt or phi sig their old rep is keeping them from sliding

Phi Sig apparently owns there house and if their upward trend continues they’ll be Sammy level by next year. I think they around the same level as ZBT right now
