disagree about adpi, it's nice on the outside and has a huge lawn and all, but the inside is pretty old

it is the newest but i was so underwhelmed when i went there for house tours. there's no outdoor space, no patio, common spaces, etc. they lack amenities that pretty much every other house has. their house is literally just living room, dining room, study room, and bedrooms

I was there for mac n cheese and not true. Their house has an long patio and 2 huge living rooms and a large dining room so idk what you saw lol. Extremely pretty house and so is kappas and dgs

okay two living rooms... that's it lol. if you've been upstairs you'll know that it's literally just bedrooms and a small study room. and that "patio" is literally like 3 feet long and 2 feet wide. their house is nice but very basic, nothing special. it just doesn't compare to the others honestly
