aepi comeback?

Is aepi making a comeback? I'm an incoming spring admit and wanna know if aepi is getting better since they are off probation. I was thinking of rushing them but heard they were kinda beat the last couple years. Would sammy be a better house to join? I just heard sammy doesn't pull girls

In terms of pulling girls, aepi is better. Sammy guys are nice but pretty awkward. Sammy throws better parties though

i wouldn't join either, both are pretty beat. don't think that you can get in #1 lambda, but there are tons of other better options on the row

none of these are good frats. The following frats are pulling up in relevance: Kappa Sigma, Beta, and Phi Sig

Neither are popular AEPi mixes with top houses sometimes and sammy rages but both still suck
