what houses will rise ?

USC has always had 3-4 frats in the upper middle tier. ATO, SAE, FIJI and AEPI were the last to hold those spots before their demise. What houses are most likely to rise into that tier with zbt and sigma nu?

Lambda Chi can not move any higher they are already at #1 and have been for a long long time.
