sophomore rushes

do sophomores (transfer) pnm's ever end up in top tier houses or do most houses just automatically cut them? if they are currently in a house at another university does that matter?

if you are in a sorority at another school and you've already been initiated, then you're in that sorority for life. if you want to transfer you would have to contact the recruitment chair
