what makes adpi a better house than agd?

None of the girls I've seen in ADPi are that attractive and most are v rude/stuck up. it seems like most of AGDs pc this year is really pretty and way more laid back. Are they lower just because it is a new house and still establishing a reputation?

I honestly think it's because they're a newer house. I can see them being solid mid tier pretty soon
