theta is the most genuine top house. you have the balance of an amazing social life and mix with all the fraternities without the bs of fake and mean girls who only care about their appearance. thetas are smart and genuine and that's why they're consistently liked by everyone

I am a guy and I not only love these girls, but more important, I respect them. They earned my respect due to their classiness and strength of moral character. These women are not only pretty on the outside, but they are even more beautiful on the inside. They are intelligent, thoughtful and very sweet in an authentic manner, as well as very joyful, and compassionate. These girls are the elite without being elitist. They have a consistently high GPA, and are very passionate about their philanthropy. These are the kind of girls that any man would be lucky to date and marry.

I thought these girls were nice but they drop everyone during rush. They don’t even seem to care about school or philanthropy anymore and instead just focus their mixers with sig chi or lambda. So over these girls
