Pi Beta Phi - ΠΒΦ Sorority at University of Southern California - USC 2.6 Pi Phi's a great house! Beautiful house, upperclassmen girls better looking. Used to be a lot better though, unfortunately. Girls here are nice, for the most part. Middle Tier.

Pi Beta Phi - ΠΒΦ Sorority at University of Southern California - USC 4.4 pi phi is a top house at usc point blank. their pledge class was obviously not topped, they have a TON of hot new girls and when the fraternities have mixers with them they will see this. It's ashame that one freshman girl who got transported on monday night is making pi phi look bad, but a theta got arrested at the stanford game yesterday and it was a theta who fell down from the second floor to the first floor at phi psi. It seems like none of the new members know how to hold their alcohol..

Pi Beta Phi - ΠΒΦ Sorority at University of Southern California - USC 4.8 coming from someone in another house... pi phi has a very strong sisterhood and all the pi phis i know are a blast! i could see how people dont understand the random mix of girls..lots of hipsters, most of which are gorgeous, but some very random girls too. will always stay one of the top houses
