There are a solid handful of nice girls in this house so it's a shame that they've certainly dropped in ranking. You can tell who is a pi phi on this site by the positive views. Not top tier anymore. Behind houses like DG, alpha phi, tri delt, and maybe even adpi. A bit of advice: disregard the down votes this post gets as I can assure you that they are all from pi phis.

Pi Phi is a great house with nice, sweet girls! Don't fall for the stereotypes that jealous people spread around about them to make themselves look better. Great sisterhood and are well liked around campus, you don't hear many people saying they've met a rude or standoffish pi phi.

Really hot and fun. They're super chill girls that are outgoing and easy to talk to. Their 2014 recruitment killed it with a gorgeous pledge class.

the truth is i love pi phi. my second pick (im in another top house down the row) and a few of my best friends are in this house. there is a top four at usc, all houses have stereotypes and that said- pi phi killed rush last year which good for them because last year was rough on most top houses. lotss of pretty girls, also some hipster types, every house has a few out of the mix girls. known as a party girl house though idk why, they def do not party as "dirty" as another top house near fig...
