Alpha Chi Omega - ΑΧΩ Sorority at University of Southern California - USC 4.7 I recently joined Alpha Chi after taking a year off from school. I love the women here. Though I had chances to join other sororities that were considered “top” none fit the feeling like home and sisterhood quite like alpha chi. People may say crap about them but they are genuinely the best people on campus. So many strong women willing to make a change and create a brighter future.

Though I had chances to join other sororities that were considered “top” none fit the feeling like home and sisterhood quite like alpha chi. I would recommend incoming freshman to take a look into AXO if they want the most inclusive and welcoming place to come home to after a long day. I am not someone who is biased as i weigh the pros and cons of almost every situation. AXO got my heart early on and I made my best friends here.

They are beautiful inside and out and some of the smartest people. Most are in Media, arts or STEM majors, however all are intelligent and very involved with one another. Never a toxic moment and always full of love and compassion.

It feels like the spirit that once filled it has faded, and maybe that's for the best. You wouldn’t want to draw any more wonderful girls into something that may not have a future. You’d think they’d have taken a moment to reflect and make changes.

Alpha Chi Omega - ΑΧΩ Sorority at University of Southern California - USC 1.0 Whole new level of desperation when these blooming, invasive weeds are tabling at the Involvement Fair due to a lack of new members and current members dropping like crazy due to a lack of nutrient-dense soil and water (which, in this case, would be a fair and kind exec board). Even the USC Reddit, which is notoriously anti-Greek, is posting about these desperate measures, noting that these weeds looked like they didn't even want to be there. Trust me, the drama in this house is INSANE. Considering you will invest the same $$, if not more, in AXO versus the other houses, you might as well pledge a higher-ranked house with a better reputation and network. The drama in Kappa and DG may be the same, but at least the returns you get in connections is so worth it in the long-term for your career. The same cannot be said about this haunted house filled with weeds. I hope the genuine flowers are able to escape soon.

Your post saddens the nutrient rich soil of the blooming houses on the row. Interesting how much energy is spent trying to uproot others instead of tending to one’s own garden. If this house is really just ‘weeds,’ then why waste time talking about it? The strongest flowers bloom even in the harshest conditions—maybe that’s what really bothers you. Instead of worrying about their growth, maybe focus on your own.
