Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 3.8 By no means are they very popular, but I still respect them. I lived in their house previously as a boarder, and the guys in the house are so sweet and always respectable- I remember some would help the female boarders out if they had too much to drink. They offer an experience different from most frats, and as a whole are very diverse looks-wise and personality-wise but are similar in that they aren't traditional frat guys.
