Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 2.6 As a long time friend (or so I thought) of many of the brothers in this house, I used to give these guys a lot of credit because they really did try to put aside even their most trying differences in the name of brotherhood and friendship. But the house that was promising 3 maybe 4 years ago is now a house crumbling from poor (nonexistant?) leadership, severe social awkwardness, and the ability to somehow isolate and/or repel every female kind enough to give them the benefit of the doubt. Sad :(

Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 3.8 Not a popular house but the guys here are genuinely nice and not threatening at all. My girl friend lives here and she loves it and says they take good care of her.

Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 4.0 they have a small brotherhood, but are really close knit. SO much fun, even if their parties aren't the best, they make up for it with great drinks and great personalities. the kind of guys that know how to party, but are also classy men on a regular basis.

Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 5.0 I love them. They are all around great guys. They have the best parties and supply the best booze! They are so sweet and know how to be great host. I would def. recommend joining....only if your sweet and not to mention hot.

Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 4.2 Almost all of the guys that I have met here are super sweet, fun to be around, and just overall great guys. Rally smart and ambitious, and also fun to get along with. There may not be many, but all the ones I've met are quality guys. You don't have to be afraid to leave your drink down in their house, and any of them will talk to you. But, some of the new members need some etiquette training - they aren't necessarily rude, just interact with people oddly.

I have spent a lot of time hanging out with these guys and they are not your typical frat guys! They throw great parties and know how to treat women! They do know how to mix drinks alright!

Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 3.4 While some of their guys aren't high on the looks scale, what they lack they make up for in personality. The house is really chill and always welcoming of new people, girls or guys. The group is trustworthy. This is a house where you can put down your drink, go to the bathroom, and come back knowing that it'll still be safe to drink. They also know how to mix well.
