Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 4.0 I agree that their parties are getting better, and they sort of do the nerdy thing well. They aren't ragers, but they are cooler than average, and I like chilling with them. A lot of them are sort of checked out of the University system and not all that plugged into campus events. But they are fun guys.

Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 3.8 Definitely agree with all the comments about these being a group of nerdy guys. But they own what they are and do it well. Their parties are slowly getting better, but if your looking to rage, best go someplace else.

I agree with the person that said these guys aren't trying to "brand" anything. They really aren't wired in a social/ pr way like that. Everyone knows they are nerds. If you like nerds, they are cool guys. If you don't like nerds then not the guys you want to hang out with. I don't think anyone would try to say this is the fraternity for your typical SC fraternity experience. Nice guys thow

Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 3.2 I doubt they are the ones going on here ranking and trying to "brand" themselves. That would be giving them a lot more credit than their coolness is. They do have a group of GDI girls that hang out and a few outdoorsy guys that have granola looking girlfriends, but most are math geeks. They are okay though. Pretty under the radar.

Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 1.6 their attempts to brand themselves as sporty outdoorsmen who love GDIs are, at most, feeble and pathetic. the guys I know in that house aren't athletic - they're smart, nerdy and fun, but seem to not know how best to brand their house. if anything, trying to pretend that they aren't nerdy (but ALSO fun/cool) is probably going to hurt them. I used to have more respect for the house, but not as much anymore.

Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 4.0 I would consider them sort of middle (not high or low). They are sort of the walk to your own drummer types.I agree that they aren't super involved in campus activities, but some are. A few of them date sorority girls, but most are into nature rock climbing and surfer girls. Overall they are pretty good.
