Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 3.8 I was surprised by how nice they were and their house was. The party I went to was a lot of fun. They aren't top tier, but they are cooler than average guys.

Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 3.8 Bottom Line: This fraternity is full of smart guys, dare i say nerds, that throw parties, get wasted, and have fun. Their parties do draw crowds, and for the most part are fun to go to. What I still don't understand is the hate they get, or the amount of judgement they receive. The house as a whole does their own thing compared to the rest of the row. It might be because the bar is set so high by the top houses?

Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 5.0 Great, great bunch of guys. Super down to earth and are always welcoming for anyone who swings by. They love their sports and take super good care of the house. it's nicer than my sorority house sometimes.

Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 4.0 I've talked at great length with a lot of these guys and they were cool. If you don't like them then don't join or hang with them. That is why we have so many houses at SC. I for one, really like these guys.
