they have barely any alumni and even the only notable theta xi, travis kalanick, was fired from uber. the company he started

Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 4.0 Awesome place. Has a great reputation of recruiting guys based on who they are after a real conversation not just based on how hard they can party or pull girls (not to say there aren't parties or girls, there are). You'll be friends with this crew after all the parties and girls are gone when you're 30 and married.
