Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 4.5 This is a solid house. I don't know if they are considered a top house, if there really is even one any more, but they definitely know how to have fun!!!

Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 2.0 As it is now, all of the Lower tier frats are rakning themselves, espicially sig-ep. Socially they are barely on the row. The best houses at SC are currently unranked on this site.

Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 4.8 Don't really get the negative posts about this house. Every time I swing by, their parties are packed, they have hot girls, and their members are really sociable. Some of these other houses that are ranked high seem to be the lower tier ones, but whatever. Sig Ep seems to be a top house from what I can tell, and it's always fun whenever I stop by.

Don't really get the negative posts about this house. Every time I swing by, their parties are packed, they have hot girls, and their members are really sociable. Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 2.0 i come from a top house at ucla. i lost respect when they actually let me in only to find out that hardly any of the guys in there were even in the house. a top house will never let randos in. i gained a bit of respect when they tried to kick me out but lost it when they didnt follow through. these guys are total nubs too. no problem with em, they're nice guys but they're just not top.
