Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 4.6 Honestly, Pi Kapp is not the best house on the row, but they are sooo much better than my freshman year. They have a lot of really cool guys (and yes I'm in a top sorority). They would have more events with my house this semester if their social chair wasn't such an absolute jerk. Regardless, I would definitely consider them upper mid-tier. It's sad that I probably won't be here when they become a top house.

Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 2.2 while I don't doubt that those three rankings were written by the same person, a lot of the content is true. pi kappa phi has average looks and okay registers but the guys in this house are realy lacking in class. not to mention they have have an overinflated sense of self worth.... they think they are SO much better than what they really are, which is a bottom-mid fraternity. you can tell how hard they try to dispute their true standing on the Row by how many rankings they have on this site

Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 4.0 can't help but notice that the three supposed negative rankings from different sororities calling them everything from creepy to "the worst thing that's happened to the row in 20 years" came within 13 minutes of each other. I'm sure there's nothing suspicious there....

This is like the 20th time this year I've heard about someone's fiesta party, and it's exactly as minimally offensive as every other one. Find something real to get offended about rather than some people dressing in sombreros and ponchos. Every single Hispanic fraternity guy I know thinks its hilarious that people actually get mad about this kind of thing too. Not really rating, just telling you you're making problems of nothing.

I don't know if I even classify them as middle, but definately not at the bottom though. This past semester's pledge class is kinda sad too...
