Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 4.9 love it find out is the best fraternity in my opinion. They are by far the safest house on the row, they are very nice to all girls, and they throw the best parties.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 5.0 Hosts pretty often compared to the other frats, very big and fun parties and some of the best tailgates on the row, besides Lambda and SigChi. Relations aren’t the best, but I’d say this is a solid frat otherwise

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 4.0 Went to a lot of PhiDelt parties and tailgates this year and they definitely have stepped it up compared to last year. Every tailgate they had packed out, and there indoor party before Halloween was amazing. Lot of nice guys and very rare that I don’t have a good time.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 4.1 The guys here are always very friendly and make a real effort to make parties fun. They aren’t the “top” frat at usc but they’re definitely a frat I would recommend to a friend
