Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 1.0 As hard as these guys try they really can’t shake their “guys liking guys” reputation. Their house location really doesn’t do them any favors because whenever someone thinks of phi delt, they think of what they used to be. Now they’re stuck with bad PCs and brotherhood.
