Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 5.0 only issue with phi delt in the past was they seemed more interested in brotherhood than throwing consistent parties. this semester, they have been packing their house every weekend. only underrated because they actually try to be discrete and don't talk about the frat a lot. new pc also helps - really ambitious group of boys.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 5.0 i've been coming to phi delt parties every weekend this semester and each one is bigger and better than the last. last night was seriously so fun we left at like 1:30 am and it was still packed. bar never ran out, music was great, everybody was dancing, 10/10

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 4.5 Probably my favorite house on the row, new pledge class is great, but the hottest guy in the pledge class doesn't like people of the female species:(. Definitely the least creepy house on the row, not as fun as lambda or TKE, but they are right after them.
