Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 4.0 The guys of Phi Delt really are caring, fun, have depth, funny, respectful, smart and know how to have a great time. Everytime I am there the guys seem to have a great bon and are always having a good time. Their house is probably one of the nicest of all the fraternities--It never smells like piss or barf like many others! They are the epitome of work hard, play hard. I honestly am lucky to have found these guys and wished they ranked to reflect their great qualities.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 3.4 They seem to have a very strong and diverse brotherhood. they have plenty of good looking guys, and their parties always seem to be pretty full and fun. I've had a couple awkward conversations with them here and there, but for the most part they are really nice. Also involved on campus.
