Phi Kappa Tau - ΦΚΤ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 4.7 Definitely top house at USC. Almost impossible to get a bid from them. Some of the hottest guys I’ve ever seen, their register is going to have a big artist from what I’ve heard.
