can i go to deke party if im over 16?

hello, i was wondering if i can go to the deke x aepi party this halloween. ive been coming to the deke parties and i really like them because its a nice place to score some bag, but when i showed up during jumpstart the brothers wouldnt let me in. they said that im too old now that i have my learner's license. they only let me in when my boyfriend (deke vp social) came and got me.

will the party at halal house have the same age requirement?
