Lots of replies to the posts about getting aoii, theta, and agd are upset about pnms being disappointed that those are the only houses they get invited back to, and for dropping out of recruitment this year.
But, truthfully, as someone who's seen it first hand, it's clear why they get ranked at the bottom, and these ranking ARE true, they're not just arbitrary things. They have less events, half the girls can't carry a conversation, and their alumni have to help with recruitment because there's so few of them. All of this gets reflected in the way the PNMs look down upon the houses and refuse to even engage in a conversation with them during tours and invitationals.
But it won't be, and isn't, just an isolated event to this year. It happens every year, and that's why there's only like 20 members max. in each, and most who join, end up disaffiliating after a couple of months. What's making it worse, though, are the actual sororities and frats who refuse to interact or do exchanges with the so called 'bottom' houses. There's no cross interacting, and they definitely don't want to be associated with them.
Ultimately, when you hope to join a sorority, it's not just for friendships, but for the experience. And those houses just don't provide that. And if they do, it's honestly a pretty negative one (I'd hate to be on the receiving end of that treatment).

I dropped out of recruitment after only hearing back from them, also i’m paying for this i have the right to at least want something out of it. 10000% agree and it’s so rude for girls to be getting upset at the pnm’s for not choosing these houses cause lots of girls in other sororities would not choose the bottom three. so sorry to everyone in a similar position ive heard so many people this year dropped cause of this

its unfourtunate because some of the girls who actually got back good sororities got bumped down because they wanted to fill up chapters. The biggest problem is no matter who you are, you will get a bid from a sorority which keeps people who frankly shouldn't be in greeklife in a sorority which ruins the reputation of a what frankly aren't bad sororites. There are tons of people that I know in theta agd and aoii and they are really sweet but they are held back by weird people who should't be in greeklife but they had to take them because of numbers

bc their system is based on that everyone gets a bid as long as u don't suicide rush which is stupid because that just means that girls who shouldn't be in sororites get bids

Bruh you are not entitled to membership. It’s ok that you want to drop. It’s not ok to go flaming the sororities with lower membership. Perhaps your judgement of others is a reason you were dropped by the other 5?
