COB or snap bid

Does anyone jnow how to ask for snap bid or COB? i was literally dropped by all five sororities that i chose and im so dissapointed. should i tell the recruitment councellors or how do i reqch out to chapters? through ig??

Message the instagram accounts and ask, or message the specific girl you spoke to if you can find her insta. Bonus points if you message the sororities instagram mentioning the specific girl you spoke to and WHY you want to be in that chapter.
