pushing bottom srats

idk if it was just from my experience and those that i spoke to but why does it feel like everyone got the three bottom houses back? are they trying to push for more members to join the bottom houses?
i would love to know what the experience was for girls in sororities and if they felt they got a lot of the girls they loved back from tours or if they were missing a few!

i joined a while ago and it was the same for a lot of people - i got my bottom 2 back and then 3 that i wanted, a lot of people got back all 3 of their bottom choices and only 2 that they actually considered. it's an algorithm that "prioritizes" the bottom tier srats so that they can get a bigger pool of people to possibly want to join their srat.
