Alpha Omicron Pi Sorority at University of British Columbia - UBC 4.6 Saw their new pledge class and call really tell that these girls do not take anyone based on looks or nationality - various girls from all over the world, mostly kind, academically successful and community involved. Best volunteering and community service among all chapters, take leading positions across campus. Easygoing and chill, but some of them might seem a bit shy when you first meet them. Have all qualities to become leading chapter. Got several hot and VERY beautiful girls in there.

Alpha Omicron Pi Sorority at University of British Columbia - UBC 4.6 They are very cute and fun, when you're in their company for a while! But they should try to show this to others as well - they don't really care what other ppl think about them, and this might be both good and bad thing. Overall very likeable girls! Some of them are really beautiful and sweet. Amazing academic and community involvement, need to develop social aspect of their sorority. They might become leading chapter in future, if they pay more attention to social media/gatherings/popula rity!

Alpha Omicron Pi Sorority at University of British Columbia - UBC 2.6 During recruitment these girls were nice, but still managed to make me very uncomfortable every round. The conversations were very forced and I felt like they were trying to pressure me into joining them. I also heard that they were dirty rushing other pnms.

Alpha Omicron Pi Sorority at University of British Columbia - UBC 5.0 I rushed this year and went to all 8 chapters in UBC, so I had experience with all of them. In AOP, atmosphere is different from all other sororities. Here girls do not try to look "super nice" in front of each other. They accept each other will all the mistakes they can make and do not judge anyone for that. It is interesting that these girls wear less makeup than in other sororities as well - I suppose, they are not afraid to be themselves with all their natural flaws in front of each other.

NEW ON GREEKRANK

Alpha Omicron Pi Sorority at University of British Columbia - UBC 1.8 Super awkward experience during recruitment. These girls were just so hard to talk to. The conversations felt pushy and forced. I couldn't get a sense of their sisterhood. Most other rooms I could have a simple and nice conversation in, but this one I could not.

They will drop you anyway and be upset that they had to go back to your sorority instead of another one they wanted more. What aopi scored a girl wouldnt have mattered if the pnm who ranked aopi low got invited back to all their top 5 chapters. Some chapters the pnm wanted clearly didnt want her back or Aopi wouldnt be able to take one of the other chapters spots.

Well whether or not they rank girls high has no effect on whether girls return. if girls rank them low and other chapters high, it just means they were dropped by the chapters they wanted. sorry you didn't get your top chapter but nobody wants a pnm like you in the Greek system anyways.

Anytime there's a negative comment on this site in regards to this chapter there's this one person who keeps lashing out with solve world hunger or concentrate on world peace or do something better with your life or go back to your studies homie...

I agree with you there that this site is full of idiots and the fact that it is anonymous makes it even worst. However there are times to lash out and there are times to wait for someone else to either explain or come to the defence of your chapter or just let it be. While I agree there are some posts that are exceptionally stupid and doesn't need to be posted there are others I've read which are genuine hints between the lines of what needs to be worked on as a chapter and by lashing out it makes it clear you aren't listening. Again, taking advice from this site is stupid but some of these post speak some amount of truth although maybe not this particular one.
