These girls are still new but definitely surpassing bottom tier and now at solid mid. decent new PC with a couple hot girlsthey seem to mix a lot more than they used to. you can tell they are putting in a lot of effort. should be interesting to see how they do this semester

There’s definitely things they can improve on but it’s going to be really interesting to see how recruitment turns out for them.

Are always thrilled and love to boast when they get a few rando girls these organizations drop after pref...not cute. Be yourself, and maybe you wouldn't have so many issues with cattiness, cliques, and internal conflict between sisters who talk about how ashamed they are of certain sisters. Be yourself and own it. Trying to be like others will make you crash and burn and isn't fun for new members to feel like they have something to prove. No sister should be told they aren't good enough or aren't "helping the chapter grow/move forward."

honestly I've really only seen what you're talking about with adpi.. axid seems more focused on sisterhood and being down to earth they don't want to be like chi o or aphi. they choose girls based on their qualities and their actual personality and values rather than their looks and how much they like to party

Are you by chance confusing AXiD with another org? Cause everything I've seen and heard about them points to literally the exact opposite -- their girls seem super down to earth and everyone I've met is super sweet. Honestly way less catty than some other orgs on this campus...
