Why can’t phi mu and sk move higher?

I see these houses constantly ranked lower mid but what is stopping them from being higher? I feel like all the girls we’ve functioned with have been great.

They only do stuff w ato phi Delt and dsig which is why they don’t go anywhere.

Besides who they pair with and go to functions, I don’t get it either. There’s a handful of pretty girls in both who most have been super friendly

The fact is every single house at this school has its share of very cool and pretty and fun girls, but the reason these houses don’t move higher is because it’s just a much smaller amount. They have lots of fun though! But they just won’t get invites to higher frats.

Because these rankings don't change plain and simple. Last spring SAE paired with DG, but you don't see them on rank lists anywhere near APhi. AXiD, Phi Mu, SK and KD will always remain in the order they are now. Whether they recruit extremely well next year, it won't matter, because these rankings have been around since 10+ years ago and it will continue to do so. Back then, the top houses you had to get into here to have a social life were Alpha Phi, Kappa and Chi O. But you don't hear people talk much about Chi O now. Phi Mu gets slightly more invites than SK, but neither will be invited to top frats.

You sound ignorant and contradicting. In the past few years Chi o did NOT recruit well- and there you have it. Slipped in the so called rankings. All it takes is a few bad pledge classes and down they go.

Personally- I do not think A PHI recruited well this year- they’re average. Sure they got a handful of good ones, but I’d have to say other houses outshine them this year. They’re average at best.

IMO both Phi Mu and SK recruited pretty decent this year. Both recruited MUCH better than KD. But even with that, these houses aren’t really going to move in rankings much. People already have predetermined views on these houses for no reason.

And by “pretty decent” i mean both houses recruited mid. But all the houses recruited pretty mid this year expect the top ones. So in general they did fine.
