I would say 95% of fraternities/sororities would agree that Aphi and Kappa are top 2.
80% would agree that AXO is #3. It doesn’t mean that every female going through rush will be a good fit with these 3 sororities or personally would rank all 3 of these houses as their top picks. They simply have the reputation as being the top houses.

theta, kd, and dg!! everyone in my rush group has been obsessed w aphi/kappa/axo/dz and i can totally see why but i'm like really trying to just find nice people (not super into crazy partying or being in a 'top house') and i feel like i've had the most genuine conversations w super sweet girls at those three (although i've had good experiences at most houses -- def not all tho)

I came back in here for the fun of it - I can see how crappy people are on Greek rank. I see all the thumbs down on MY favorites. A question was asked, and I answered truthfully. So WHY is everyone saying it’s bad when it’s MY thoughts? It’s MY experience, so why can’t others be excited for me?
