What dude in a frat is going to take the time to even write such a post?

I was one of the ChiO people that took early alum because of what has been going on in the house for the last year and a 1/2. Due to zoom rush we unfortunately got many people that didn't fit with the prior vibe of the house and sadly those same people are now on Exec. The culture became toxic and my mental health was declining. I'm sad to not graduate as an active ChiO but to see a house I loved being brought down by a minority was more than I could take. I'm glad I'm out.

So good to see people calling out bad behavior. Wish others from Aphi and kappa would speak out as they are in the same boat unfortunately with dropping juniors and seniors but for different reasons…..speak the truth sisters!

We were being supervised by national reps today. Tempers are frayed but people are rolling with the board. Bullying training tomorrow and I hope we get an apology from exec. Doubt it will be sincere as I guess the admin people are making them do it.

Looks like the Exec team is walking on eggshells as it seems that they might be replaced before rush. National person said today that the atmosphere in the house is 'awkward' and 'uncomfortable' and the tension can be cut with a knife due to cliques. Its really sad as the house used to be cool. Now you aren't even sure if its ok to sit down anywhere at meals (its not...) and it never used to be this way. Its very stressful and I can see why so many people left. I miss the seniors as they were the best.
