how to get to know people in smaller houses??

i was on campus today and just wandering around realized that there are tons of frats that i haven't heard of or don't know anyone in. i know they're most likely 'bottom tier' which would explain why they're so under the radar. but i think there's something valuable in every house & i want to get to know greek life better and was wondering what i can do to meet these people if they're not at the functions or other events i go to?? like beta sig, phi kappa tau, zpsi, beta chi theta etc

Hello! As someone in a bottom tier house best way to get to know someone is treat everyone the same way regardless of what house they are in (I can’t believe I even have to say that). If you see someone wearing letters from a house you don’t recognize in one of your classes get to know them. :)

If you want to know them, write them a happy founders day letter. If you are a girl looking to rush, Beta sig and phi tau usually function with lower tier houses/coops. Idek about zeta psi or bct.
