SIGMA CHI BROTHERHOOD

On a real note. Why are these dude always labeled "top house"?? Some of the boys in that house are pigs when it comes to girls. They only really consistently talk to 1-2 houses, most aren't even respectful/nice, aren't that attractive, and play any girl they come into contact with. Don't get me wrong some are solid dudes.. but overall this is the vibe I get. So?? I'm sure I'm not the only one who is confused.
