Honestly stg does extremely well without a house . I have no idea how they manage to have 100 plus members despite not having a house. Nor do I not understand why didn’t nationals fund their house since there pretty established. Here

Guessing u’d assume that cause u in sae or phi psi and think you should be higher. Idk man, that Halloween function the pi kapps and delts threw was pretty fire. Sorry man but rankings do change. Girls just don’t love these other houses anymore

Very true, and with IFC going hard at a bunch of houses it could shake up a lot of things. Many of the houses lower on the list have been throwing great parties and getting more involved on campus like Phi Sig, Phi Tau, Aepi, and Sigma Pi and could rise into the tier system in the next couple years
