Must have been a big donation to get the suspension cut short a year

SigEp's Balanced Man Program it is a more challenging experience than just pledging. Brothers have the right to membership the day they join, but it comes with many responsibilities. SigEp recruits the best men, because it takes self-confidence to not care what other fraternities are saying about you.

I want to join a dry frat because I don't drink and don't really want to surround myself with those that do (no offense to others, just my belief system), but I've heard that a lot of the "dry" frats aren't really as dry as they seem. Is Sig Ep actually as dry as it claims to be?
