99% of the rankings in the discussions are completely accurate, yet most of them have tons of downvotes. Well, as I see it, theres not much ambiguity at the top tier, easily Fiji, Kappa Sig, Sig Chi,Phi psi, and SAE. The rest are all pretty irrelevant, so its obviously Betas throwing a fit that they are constantly ranked under theta chi. Wake up call, none of you guys are relevant. And also a handful of ZBTs seeking acceptance.

I've honestly never seen an SAE lift more than 2 plates at one time. They can maybe max out 1 rep tops. Tell me you're top tier again when you get to big boy weight.

I've seen couple of them doing eccentric training lololol. TUT training is worthless if you can't bench at least 300. You ain't gonna grow by doing TUT with bish weight.

2 plate bench for 1 rep is decent if you're 140-155 lbs. That puts you at a 1.5x BW bench
