Delta Phi Epsilon - ΔΦΕ Sorority at New Jersey Institute of Technology - NJIT 2.0 I found them to be a bit cold. When I see them on campus they do not come off as an open and friendly group. During recruitment some of the girls were welcoming, most were not. They almost seemed shy, forgetting we are the guests in their space.

Delta Phi Epsilon - ΔΦΕ Sorority at New Jersey Institute of Technology - NJIT 4.9 Best sorority! They are so nice and kind to everyone. Very different vibe from them and the other orgs on campus. DPhiE makes you feel so comfortable around them unlike some other sororities. they don't judge are so accepting!

Delta Phi Epsilon - ΔΦΕ Sorority at New Jersey Institute of Technology - NJIT 4.9 Cool girls, always welcoming to new people. I was often intimidated by them but got close to a friend in the house and from there I knew everybody! Glad they’re the way they are.

NEW ON GREEKRANK

Delta Phi Epsilon - ΔΦΕ Sorority at New Jersey Institute of Technology - NJIT 4.5 These girls don't play dirty during recruitment and are the most friendly girls on campus. NJIT is a small campus and while I never was part of a sorority these girls always reached out though my interest in joining either sorority was like 5%. They didn't care and still wanted to be friends.
