The girls in this sorority are fun, classy, and smart. They used to have the reputation of being nerdy and unattractive, but in recent years it seems to be improving a lot.

I'm surprised how much of an improvement ASA has made with each pledge class. There are some really great girls in the sorority. Everyone on campus can see how they are starting to grow in terms of social life. Their old reputation is definitely not true.

ASA is definitely on the rise at Roanoke. They are starting to mix with more fraternities and it's obvious that they are more outgoing and social. Girls that are rushing are wanting ASA more often, so if you're planning to rush, keep an eye out for Alpha Sig.

And again, having seen all three organizations on reveal, I think ASA is a nice group of girls. They are a little weird, but are accepting of all. They aren’t nearly as relevant as DG or Chi O, and I don’t think they will ever be. They have a reputation of being a group of misfits who don’t really belong anywhere else. If I were to rush, I would definitely want to be in another organization over ASA, but if it came down to it, I would join ASA.
