Pi Lambda Phi - ΠΛΦ Fraternity at Roanoke College - RC 3.6 They are in fourth place in terms of fraternities here. They are above pi kap and have potential to get better since they are new. Except the new black pledge hes creepy towards girls

Pi Lambda Phi - ΠΛΦ Fraternity at Roanoke College - RC 2.2 As of right now their recruitment efforts are lacking, and they are caring more about their organization on a national level; therefore, they should care more about it in a local level; hence, they need to have more recruitment efforts for their chapter this semester.

Pi Lambda Phi - ΠΛΦ Fraternity at Roanoke College - RC 2.2 I could not even name two brothers in the fraternity... they are very new to campus and seem to be trying, I guess, but probably need to make themselves a little more well known in a way that they don't come off as trying too hard. It will be interesting to see what they'll be like in a year
