Rushing as a Junior

Do I have a chance of getting a bid as a Junior? Do I have a better shot as COB? Particularly interested in ChiO and KD. I would take anything though.

Your best chance is rush this fall in a house where you have friends who would pull for you. Go through rush and see but be prepared if it doesn't work out. Def not spring COB, no sorority wants someone on the verge of her senior year.

I rushed as a Junior- got ZTA- there were 2 other Juniors in my class. Go for it!

Pi phi is your best option at this point. Nobody wants juniors unless there’s a special circumstance and you have strong connections

If you knew the girl who posted this and followed her ig, you would suggest she seek therapy. Body dysmorphia, compulsive lying, cheating and narcissistic behavior is not who chapters want as new members.

I’m gonna be really honest with you. If you have friends in chi o or KD you can just go to their events as a guest. Most people make their solid friend groups by sophomore year so it might be hard joining when they are already established. Nothing is impossible though we had a girl join tri delt as a junior, and it’s possible for any chapter. You can also talk to your friends about a snap bid for KD which they usually give out every year

Most sororities haven’t been doing COB due to large rush classes filling their quota!
