End Of Year Frat/Soror Rankings

Rushed and opted out. My thoughts are the srats are very different, not better or worse than one another:
Kd- highest gpa- most from NC and only get in if you went to certain hs or camp
Adpi and Zta- fun, prettier, lots from dance and cheer teams but not as respected for high gpa. Zta does a lot with philanthropy. Adpi gives strong southern vibes in good way.
Xo and axo- very diverse and strong dei and also solid gpa / smart girls.
Ddd- some say not the nicest girls. Lots of ny, nj, etc. can be cliquey but most have style and they seem to like each other
Aphi- nice girls in every way though fighting it out with zeta for lowest grades on campus
Phi mu, Pi phi- no universal descriptions girls are very different and represent all sides of UNC
All houses equal- just different.

Pretty accurate. KD was a top house but isn’t as desirable anymore. Not sure what changed.

They just have a lot of petty high school drama because that’s what happens when the majority were already fake friends from high school

DDD- same old, same old, some things never change, snobby and all they care about is $$$
Chi O- desperately trying to seem quirky and different
ADPI- kinda southern preppy vibes
KD- def not top anymore, just an entire hs from clt, and they keep getting in drama
ZTA- baddie energy
APHI- cute girls with a couple randos thrown in
AXO- kind of granola/ artsy and quirky
Phi Mu- southern but mixed bag
Pi Phi- kind of artsy but not much of a distinct overall personality
I dont have a great read on frats but this is what I can kinda tell:
DKE: kinda traditional (dont really mix w new people), $$$!!!
Phi Delt- I feel like theyve finally circled past the whole kicked off campus thing and are very established again
Beta- such great backyard for parties, good bands
Phi gam- slingshot is great and that's about all i know
Chi Psi- MOAT! and Duke darty, I feel like they're the little brother left out of big mixers but when they have events everyone is there
Chi Phi- get great bands for concerts, other than that idk
Snu- i feel like they're just gym bros and get in okay mixers but get the prettiest girls
