Dual membership question

If you join a social sorority can you also be in a service one like APO or Ophia? Or is that not allowed?

There are no rules against it but it is entirely impractical. The time commitment to an NPC sorority is substantial, both for the required meetings and activities, but also because members eat their meals at the house and otherwise hang out together in their free time and for planned social events, which is the entire point of joining a social sorority (sisterhood). It would be impossible to try to have one foot in an NPC sorority and the other in a different one.

I’m an alum but was in a sorority and APO and there were several (many?) other APO sibs that were too
