Tri Sig has a 40 year history of coming and going at UNC. I think they still own the house on Franklin? They did girls dirty in 2018 by brining in Elon to Rush and not disclose they were not at UNC. Now KKG has been bottom for 30 years they need to regroup and return. Tri Sig attempted this. Pi Phi used to be top they are not going anywhere.

Kappa may have been bottom for a long time but before tri sig left they got a full PC each year. It wasn’t until tri sig left and everyone decided they needed a new punching bag that they struggled to recruit. Also, while the Elon situation with sigma was iffy, at the end of the day the reason they kept having to regroup was because they were the punching bag which made it hard to succeed in establishing a presence. If the pattern continues it doesn’t matter how well pi phi (or whoever unc decides is bottom this year) has done in the past because once campus decides to bully you it’s done.

pi phi is bottom right now, it doesn't matter they were top. now that kappa is gone (the old bottom) they don't stand a chance. i bet 3-4 years bye bye pi phi. also their drop rates are insanely high because people join and realize it isn't what they thought it would be. why else would they do so much COB work in fall and spring?

Anyone disagreeing with OP is missing the entire point of this post. Our Greek system does not care what your historical rank has been, once you’re the bottom house they turn on you.

Quota is the same for all but this is how pnm's are guaranteed a bid if they rank both their pref houses, even when it puts a chapter over Quota. Quota Additions is how some take more.

Call me a concerned bystander but if this pattern keeps happening and unc keeps losing srats (because -2 in 4/5 years is bad no matter what anyone says) we’re gonna be in trouble
