DKE, Beta, Phi Delt, Chi Phi, Phi Gam, and SAE all will not have spring rush. This is confirmed. I've also heard Kappa Sig won't have spring rush either for what it's worth. I don't know how true that is though. The others I'm positive about.

SAE got a small pledge class but still isn't doing spring rush.

Maybe if you ask SAE to rush you in the spring they will have rush. They're a bunch of tryhards that are always on the lookout for more.
