good fraternity for me?

I am from out of state and don't know much about the greek system here. I was wondering if anyone could help me in suggesting which fraternity or fraternities would best fit the following: very nice/big house, great brotherhood, attends/throws really fun/crazy parties and decently serious about school and GPAs? Thanks
