race in bids

Do most of the top tier frats not give bids to anyone who isn't white or is race not a factor when giving bids as long as you're equally cool?

not the 'most' diverse but they wont discriminate based solely on race like their neighbors sigma chi and sigma nu do. you still have to be cool to get a bid, but your racial background doesnt disqualify you at the door, based on what my friends there have said
